Reliable broker
Been with Wells Insurance Services for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Disappointing experience

Does the job

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wells Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
