Excellent service

Solid broker
Wells Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Wells Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wells Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
