Could be better
The rates Wells Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Slow and unresponsive
Wells Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
