Pretty good
Wells & Collins Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Wells & Collins Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

The rates Wells & Collins Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Wells & Collins Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Wells & Collins Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
