Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Wells & Co. Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Does the job
Wells & Co. Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Calgary. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Room for improvement
Wells & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
Wells & Co. Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Lost my documents
