Could be better
The rates Webster & Parker Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Family business feel
Webster & Parker Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Webster & Parker Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
