Room for improvement
Webster & McDonald Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Webster & McDonald Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Amazing customer service
The staff at Webster & McDonald Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Webster & McDonald Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Five stars all around
Switched to Webster & McDonald Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
