Okay but not great
Used Webster Insurance Ltd. for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Webster Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Webster Insurance Ltd.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Webster Insurance Ltd. last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Does the job
