Good broker
Webster Insurance Brokers took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Lost my documents
Webster Insurance Brokers lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Webster Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
