Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Webster & Fraser Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Slow and unresponsive
Webster & Fraser Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Webster & Fraser Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Pretty good
Webster & Fraser Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Webster & Fraser Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Webster & Fraser Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
