Room for improvement
Webb & Williams Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Cobourg, Webb & Williams Insurance made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Ontario clearly.

Solid broker
Webb & Williams Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Webb & Williams Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
