Reliable broker
Been with Webb & Rogers Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Slow and unresponsive
Webb & Rogers Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Webb & Rogers Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
