The staff at Webb Insurance Group were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

The staff at Webb Insurance Group are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Room for improvement

Webb Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with Webb Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker

Webb Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Excellent service

After a car accident, Webb Insurance Group guided me through the entire claims process. I felt supported every step of the way. Cannot recommend them enough.
