Lost my documents
Webb Insurance Agency lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Webb Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Webb Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Webb Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
