Could be better

Reliable broker
Been with Watson & Stewart Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Slow and unresponsive
Watson & Stewart Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
