Poor communication
My biggest issue with Watson & Bradley Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Watson & Bradley Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Watson & Bradley Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
