Solid broker
Waterfront Insurance Partners is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Could be better
The rates Waterfront Insurance Partners found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Waterfront Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
