Exceptional claims handling

Slow and unresponsive
Waterfront Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Five stars all around

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Waterfront Insurance Advisors. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
