Slow and unresponsive
Warren & Simpson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for bundling

Okay but not great
Used Warren & Simpson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Warren & Simpson Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Warren & Simpson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
