Lost my documents
Warren & Shaw Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
Warren & Shaw Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Warren & Shaw Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
