Helpful staff
The staff at Ward & Perry Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ward & Perry Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ward & Perry Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
