Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ward & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Ward & Partners Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Ward & Partners Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Ward & Partners Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
