Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Ward & Partners Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Ward & Partners Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Ward & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ward & Partners Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
