Fair pricing
Ward & Newman Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Reliable broker
Been with Ward & Newman Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful staff
The staff at Ward & Newman Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Okay but not great
Used Ward & Newman Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
