Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Ward & Mason Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Ward & Mason Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Reliable broker
Been with Ward & Mason Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ward & Mason Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ward & Mason Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
