Couldn't be happier

Room for improvement
Ward & MacLeod Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
Ward & MacLeod Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive
Ward & MacLeod Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
