Okay but not great
Used Ward & Lee Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job

Lost my documents
Ward & Lee Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Ward & Lee Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Ward & Lee Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
