Lost my documents
Ward Insurance Services lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ward Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
