Slow and unresponsive
Ward Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Okay but not great
Used Ward Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job

Room for improvement
