Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Ward Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Great for home insurance

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ward Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
