Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Ward & Hughes Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Ward & Hughes Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Five stars all around
Switched to Ward & Hughes Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Slow and unresponsive
Ward & Hughes Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
