Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Ward & Harper Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ward & Harper Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Ward & Harper Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ward & Harper Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
