Slow and unresponsive
Ward & Ferguson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job
Ward & Ferguson Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Calgary. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ward & Ferguson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Reliable broker

Good overall experience
