Amazing customer service

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Ward & Edwards Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ward & Edwards Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
