Slow and unresponsive
Ward & Chapman Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Ward & Chapman Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Could be better
The rates Ward & Chapman Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
