Poor communication
My biggest issue with Ward & Abbott Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Ward & Abbott Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
Ward & Abbott Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
