Probably the most unprofessional insurance place around. Story: I was passing a vehicle and they swerved into me causing so much damage on my vehicle BOTH passenger doors had to be replaced. In the end for whatever reason it was my fault. When I asked my insurance broker to look into it she agreed and would get back to me. Several emails later I herd nothing from her. Next renewal my premium went up, which was expected. The following year (now 2 years after the accident) my premium went up AGAIN 500$. I emailed asking why this was and if there was anything we could do to lower it and guess what, no reply. Very unprofessional place and I have been with them for roughly 15 years. Needless to say I will be switching to CAA as I have been told by 7 family members that they all saved money. Good bye LJ Hello CAA (or whereveer else)
