Reliable broker
Been with Walsh & Richards Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Room for improvement
Walsh & Richards Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Fair pricing

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Walsh & Richards Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Walsh & Richards Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
