Renewal was painless

Room for improvement
Walsh & Howard Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good value
I appreciate that Walsh & Howard Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Walsh & Howard Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Walsh & Howard Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
