Poor communication
My biggest issue with Walsh & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Exceptional claims handling

Slow and unresponsive
Walsh & Co. Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
