Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Walsh & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Walsh & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Local knowledge matters

Room for improvement
Walsh & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Walsh & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
