I had my oven failed which was insured by RUMI/ATCO. It been about a month and this company and the adjusters are dragging their feet. Very disappointing service, would suggest everyone to stay away.

Worst customer service ever. The phone number provided in my policy is from an insurance company in the US, when trying to use the customer service chat the agents read the messages, but won't ever reply. Needed to modify some information in my policy but they never reply, so I just cancel the policy and git a new policy tenant insurance with square one
