Good broker

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Wallace & Stone Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wallace & Stone Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Wallace & Stone Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
