Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Wallace Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Wallace Risk Management. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Wallace Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
