Okay but not great
Used Wallace & Peterson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Solid broker
Wallace & Peterson Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Wallace & Peterson Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Room for improvement
Wallace & Peterson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Wallace & Peterson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
