Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Wallace & Moore Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wallace & Moore Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
