Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Wallace & Jackson Insurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Wallace & Jackson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Wallace & Jackson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
