Amazing customer service

Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Wallace & Hill Insurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Room for improvement
Wallace & Hill Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Wallace & Hill Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Switched to Wallace & Hill Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
