Okay but not great
Used Wallace & Gagnon Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Wallace & Gagnon Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Wallace & Gagnon Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Pretty good

Reliable broker
