Could be better
The rates Wallace & Ford Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Five stars all around

Slow and unresponsive
Wallace & Ford Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
